3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be a legal resident of the United States
  • Have at least $10,000 in unsecured debt

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Make timely monthly deposits into your dedicated account
  • Promptly respond to our requests for information or documentation
  • Notify us of any changes to your financial situation or contact information
  • Follow the program guidelines and recommendations

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees are based on a percentage of the debt enrolled in our program. We charge no upfront fees - our fees are only collected after we successfully settle a debt. Specific fee structures will be detailed in your client agreement.

6. No Guarantee of Results

While we work diligently to achieve the best possible settlements for our clients, we cannot guarantee specific results. Settlement amounts vary based on individual circumstances, creditor policies, and other factors beyond our control.

7. Program Risks

You understand and acknowledge that:

  • Debt settlement may negatively impact your credit score
  • Creditors may continue collection efforts during the program
  • Forgiven debt may be considered taxable income
  • There is no guarantee that all creditors will agree to settle
  • Legal action by creditors is possible

8. Termination

You may cancel our services at any time by providing written notice. Upon cancellation, you will be responsible for any fees earned for settlements completed prior to cancellation. We reserve the right to terminate services if you fail to meet your program obligations.

9. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal and financial information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Debt Relief shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexus Debt Relief, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
